Chen-Guang Lee (Terrence Lee)is the PhD student of the International Program of Climate Change and Sustainable Development (IPCS, http://www.ipcs.ntu.edu.tw/index.aspx?lang=US), National Taiwan University; an urban planner and policy maker of the Construction and Planning Agency, Ministry of the Interior (CPAMI). He concerns ecological conservation amongst the issues of environmental policies, such as wetland, river and water resource, costal and marine governance. And his research topic focuses on the questions of Science-Policy Interfaces and policy communication under the concepts of complex systems.
